Refund policy
We try to make the exchange policy as stress free as possible.
Returns/exchanges must be initiated and approved via email to arowand91@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
We have a few options set for refunds/exchanges.
If there is a size issue and you need a different size as long as the item is available you can exchange for a different size. The item must have original tags, look as it did when it shipped, no odors, clean, not worn, and no pet hair and not washed.
Returns/ exchanges not meeting these guidelines will not be accepted.
If we no longer have the size you would like to exchange for, you can select a different item of equal or lesser value. You are responsible for all shippings costs.
***Please note: The original shipping charge is non-refundable and you are responsible for paying return shipping.
Final Sale/Non-returnable include: Accessories, hats, scarves, gloves, jewelry, leggings, intimates, coffee mugs, sunglasses, purses, slippers, shoes. Final Sale items are NOT returnable.
